BTT Europe gets ready for Abu Dhabi Pro Trials this weekend.

This weekend in Dartford are the Abu Dhabi Pro European Trials. Our BJJ coaches Ze Marcello and Alexandre Izidro are over there now helping set up the event, and we look forward to a good turnout for the BTT Europe.
With many fighters at each weight division, we anticipate BTT bringing home as many medals as they can. We wish the guys the best of luck, and look forward to continuing training next week.
Sheldon flies to Amsterdam to help Paul "Semtex" Daley get ready for UFC 108.

Paul Daley has asked Sheldon Westcott our Wrestling and MMA coach to fly out to his training camp in Amsterdam to help him get ready for his up and coming fight at UFC 108. Paul was originally going to fight Carlos Condit, however he pulled out, and he is now set to fight Dustin Hazelett.
Sheldon has gone out to help Paul work on his Wrestling, takedowns etc. He has been going over to help Paul for the last few weeks, and now the training camp is nearing the end, there stepping it up a gear and moving over to Holland to finish it off Hopefully there will be many more of these training camps to come.
BST MMA is finally open

We have had a run of successful trial classes, and have now opened our doors to the public. The new time table is up, and the coaches are ready to go. Come down and train with world champion Ze Marcello, or our MMA and Wrestling coach Sheldon Westcott.
It has been a long time in the making, however finally we are at a stage where we are able to open our academy to the general public. We have been running a series of trial classes for the last few weeks, and these have gone extremely well, we now hope we can continue that success through to the rest of our classes.
We have started all classes, and have almost everything set in place to make this truly one of the best Mixed Martial Arts Gyms in Europe. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this, come down and give it a go! Make use of our World Class facilities, and meet our team of World Class coaches.

October 17th 2009 see’s Brazilian Top Teams Przemyslaw “Misiek” Mysiala fight for the CFC light heavy weight championship World title. The top ranked light heavy weight has beaten all 3 of his last opponents in the first round and all of them in under 2 minutes. This time he faces Rodney Glunder, a serious Mixed Martial Artist from the Netherlands, who is currently the CFC world champion.
He brings with him 46 professional fights and a long list of top class competitions, he has been in there with the very best and has some good wins over world class fighters, he has fought Renato” Babalu” Sobral (UFC, Affliction, current strikeforce LHW Champion) James zikic (UFC, CFC, Cage Rage), Gilbert Yvel (pride, M-1, Affliction) Alistair Overeem (pride, Dream, current Strikeforce HW champion) Melvin Manhoef (M-1, Dream, K-1) Valentijn Overeem (pride, senguko, M-1) Cheick Kongo (UFC) Paul Cahoon (cage gladiators, cage rage, M-1, sengoku, CFC) to name a few.
